As part of this initiative, a high-performance sovereign cloud computing environment will be established to support the growing demands of digital governance. The system will process millions of daily interactions between government entities, businesses, and residents, ensuring seamless and efficient public service delivery.
Backed by a $3.54 billion investment in digital infrastructure, the plan includes the deployment of over 200 AI-driven solutions designed to optimize operational efficiency, improve service accessibility, and promote sustainability. These advancements are a core component of Abu Dhabi’s Government Digital Strategy for 2025-2027.
The emirate has already made significant strides in digital governance through platforms like TAMM 3.0, a centralized government services application that has dramatically reduced the need for in-person visits while enabling real-time transaction processing. The adoption of AI-driven cloud infrastructure is expected to further streamline operations, reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s position as a leader in technological innovation.
