Her Serene Majesty Queen Mataram Salakanagara Ayla Aldjufrie of Tanjung Kidul has extended her compassion and support to those affected by the recent demonstrations in Indonesia. In her message, she highlighted the importance of safeguarding peace, honoring the principles of the 1945 Constitution, and promoting dialogue among all stakeholders for the nation’s future.

Queen Ayla underscored that the timeless values of Love, Compassion, and Paku Jajar (Equality)—deeply rooted in Indonesia’s cultural heritage—should serve as guiding principles in these challenging times. She also recognized the role of students and youth in expressing their voices, while encouraging them to do so peacefully, without resorting to violence or destruction, and with respect toward both the community and the state.

In partnership with the international initiative World Women Leading Change, Queen Ayla called for unity and constructive solutions to overcome current challenges. On September 6, 2024, Queen Ayla Aldjufrie, Anna Stukkert, and HRH Princess Gala of Salakanagara Silistra signed a memorandum of understanding with WWLC Indonesia, focusing on advancing education, supporting social development, and strengthening small and medium enterprises across Europe.
