The Al Maktoum Holdings Group proudly announces the appointment of Mary Molloy as Executive Vice President of Al Maktoum Holdings.
In this senior leadership role, Ms. Molloy will be responsible for Global Strategy and International Partnerships, dedicated to strengthening the Group’s global relationships, advancing its strategic development vision, and supporting long-range international collaboration.
Ms. Molloy brings over four decades of professional experience across leadership, human development, biodynamic and integrative health innovation, education, research and organisational advancement. As Founder and Principal of the Institute of Biodynamic Medicine, UK and Ireland, and Director of the Sheikh Maktoum Biodynamic Institute, Dubai, she has contributed extensively to international programmes supporting thriving wellbeing, biodynamic health and medicine, transformative community initiatives and deep-rooted relationships.

As Executive Vice President – Global Strategy and International Partnerships, Ms. Molloy will collaborate with international organisations, development bodies, academic institutions, and private-sector partners to advance the Group’s strategic priorities. Her responsibilities include global strategy development, international partnership building, cross-sector collaboration, support for global human-development and health initiatives, integrated human and AI partnerships, the currency of flourishing prosperity, and contributions to all long-term programmes aligned with sustainable and integrative development.
